Rutherford, Nelson County Commonwealth's Attorney On Monday afternoon, Nelson County Commonwealth's Attorney Daniel Rutherford announced that, after a ten-month investigation, the Shenandoah Valley Multi-Jurisdiction Grand Jury returned indictments on twenty-two individuals involved in distributing methamphetamine within Central Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley.
